so one of my friends wanted me to install his new cd player but i saw he had gotten the wrong wiring harness after he left the car with me and i wasn't about to drive an hour to go get a different one so i like a retard figured i could just cut the factory plug out and just splice the wires from the back of the cd player to the factory wires needless to say i now need to know which color wires are which in a 2002 pontiac sunfire 2 door i can probably figure the speaker wires out if i can just get the cd player to cut on but i would really appreciate a whole diagram thanks for any help

dont cut the factory harness you might need to plug the factory one in for some reason you could wire the radio to your fuse box and ground it you have your constant and your ingtion wire but anyways heres your wiring diagram hope this helps

Car Radio Accessory Switched 12v+ Wire: The radio harness does not provide a switched power source. Run a wire to the fusebox for switched power.
