Ok anyone on here have any experience in making there own bridging module for a first gen orion 225hcca amp with the din input on the one end the one where you need the 400bdg module.  I can't find it anywhere and would like to make my own if possible.  Can anyone on here help me out with this?

If your radio does not have RCA jacks, you can simply wire one channel of your Line out converter out of phase. Wire the right channel out of phase and then the yellow wire will be right negative. Bridges just like the bdg 400. Orange positive, yellow negative.

No my radio does have rca's and it's just the amp that I would like to bridge to mono operation to run subs off it.  I have read that it ends up being the orange + and yellow + wires but how is this done to make it work?

They use op-amps to invert the right channel. The following page gives a few details about how it is done. The section on op amp inverters should be the most helpful.
