Installed a pioneer avicf900bt 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel (not Infinity) and everything worked fine. Reinstalled dash and right, front speakers speakers quit. Removed dash and plugged in stock head unit and still no sound out of right front speakers. I did install a separate amp/subs but I can't think of anything else. All of my new harness connections have been tested and seem to be fine. Anybody have a clue?

Pull the door off and test the speaker.  If all your wiring to the speaker is good, then sometimes it's just murphy's law taking effect.
