Installed aftermarket deck, amp and sub into 2001 cherokee. The vehicle has a factory amp too. Both amps are turning on but the sub isnt working. I checked both my power and ground at the amp and the + ,- are going to the right spots

please help me

Is the amp in protect? what deck do you have and do you have to turn on the sub output on the deck? Check the RCA's by plugging them into the amp that works.
