I just installed a Sir-pnr2 and activated it. It only works on and off, when it feels like it it seems. Most of the time, it just displays SIRIUS on the screen, but it wont let me switch channels or do anything. Then when it wants to, it works, I get sound, I switch a few channels and it goes back to not working. Has anyone seen this before?

I wish I could, I bought the thing off of ebay. I'm going to try and get a refund, we'll see what happens. Does this problem usually not have a solution?

Has it been activated before?  Sirius just updated their channel lineup today and they said it could take up to 5 minutes to load the new channels, during that time the tuner will be unresponsive and changing channels during that time will delay the update.

Read all about it

Yup, I've had a couple of those silver tongued devils recently. I'm on a bad online buying streak. I wish Pioneer still made the sir-pnr2, the way they have it set up now, having to buy separate components kind of sucks.
