I had my aftermarket head unit installed and working perfect. Then I went to hook some RCA's for my sub into the head unit. When doing so the headunit shutoff and wont turn back on. It only turns on while giving it constant 12volt power. I checked the fuses and all are good. Stuck at this point any help would be great. Basically no power is coming to the (red) acc wire unless tied with constant power or an alternate acc wire such as cigarette lighter

I vote for a blown fuse too.  I have no idea where they are, but as stated above, there is probably more than one fuse box in the vehicle.

also the aftermarket wiring harness for my F150 came with a harness with two RCA's for the stock sub. However the pins dont match up with the stock sub amp harness. Only 1 of the two rca's match up to the harness and only one of the two blue (turn-on) wires match up to the harness any ideas or am I just missing something

The harness with the rca's coming off is for the premium sound packages.  Depending on the vehicle the pins needed would either be on the top row or bottom, they put both on there so they dont have to make 2 seperate harnesses.  Just hook up which ever side corresponds to your particular vehicle and youll be golden.
