Why don't you just work up something in Excel? Be sure you put everything you feel is important to take note of, and be sure the customer is THERE when you check everything off. That's going to be better for you than borrowing somebody elses checklist. You don't have one of these already?
Check all lights, locks, paint, VIN, tires, wheels, mileage, dash, all buzzers, glass... This type of stuff.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Before anything is done go over EVERYTHING with the customer present..........window switches, door locks, seat switches ,sunroof, tears or rips in upholstery, stains in carpet, scratches inside of car and out,and anything else you can think of or im fogetting..........Then have the manager and customer sign off on it .........do the install and when its finished go over everything again with the customer to confim the car is how the customer dropped it off ......have the customer and the manager sign it off........Keep it on file..........A headache to do ,but will PROTECT the employer and employees in the future.................Another tip when you install amps mark the gains, bass boost etc. discretely dont tell them you did so,But tell them if anyone other than a store employee "adjusts" or plays with the settings WARRANTY VOID and if they come back with blown speakers and you see the settings have changed You dont have to warranty someones ignorance.Keep everything on file and on paper....Be professional about everything.

I've had one of those "notorious" clients in the past. This guy's name was a rash around town. Pulled out the camera and documented everything before starting. Digital pictures cost nothing and are easily stored, cheap insurance! Car left everything ok. My window tint guy called me a few days later. "Mr. XXX's Honda, You know anything about a rip in the back seat?". Yes, I documented it. The customer tore the tint guy a new one and made many physical threats. Turned the pictures and other info over to the cops and that was the last I heard.
My tint buddy learned quickly,
