Hello, I have a Kicker L7 and had a few questions on the ported enclosure.

1. I wanted to have it to have dual round ports for semetry in the trunk, and the trouble that I am getting at is the calculator on the site provides the port length for 1 port but I was wondering how to configure it so that I could have 2 ports.

2. The box is going to be ~2.75 cf and I was tuning it around 40 hertz. I was also going to use  3.75 inch dia ports

Thanks for the help and any input if this box design would have good SQ and SPL combined would be a great help

I'd drop it down to 2.5 cu ft net with two 4" diameter round ports 19" long. Tuning approx. 35Hz.

alright thanks that sounds great....and may I ask how did you come to the conclusion of getting to 35 Hz?  How did you make your calculations for the two ports?

yes I calculated the port lengths with the volume and port area. 35Hz will be a lot better all around daily than 40Hz.
and that is 2.5 cu ft NET not including port, sub, and bracing displacement.
