What do you guys think of the Diamond Audio D3 10?
Is it also true that the D3 has better sql?
And how loud would one ten d3 be?
and how does it compare to a cvx 10?

the diamond will almost certainly sound better than the kicker if you give it a good box. what are your goals for your system? are you trying to aggravate old people or just have something nice to listen to?

well i dont be the loudest thing on block, but i wanna be decently loud, where some could sit in my truck and say,"wow that hits hard, is that a twelve?"
i just got my diamond audio d3 yesterday, i'm planning to put it in a 0.60 ft3 sealed enclosure, then insulating it with polyfil, then i'm using a alpine MRP-650 monoblock amp, i'm planning to run 600watts rms on 2-ohms, please give me insight on what you think of my plans and how you think the sub will sound? thank you

nice choice on the sub. if you want some extra umph from that sub you might want to think about building a ported box that's tuned low. i say you should built it because you probably wont find a pre-built box that suits your needs but if it's done right it will still sound good but it will have some extra kick on low frequencies

But the thing is i have crew cab colorado and i still want my back seats so having a ported box is kinda out of the question, cuz i have limited space, but how do you think it will sound in the sealed box as i said in my last comment?
