will these be compatable together?

amps stats:

-class a/b mosfet circuitry
-low and high level inputs, frequency adjust range: 20hz-40khz
-4 x 100w rms at 4-ohm, 4 x 150w rms at 2-ohm, 2 x 500w max at 4-ohm

sub stats:

-Dual 4-ohm dual voice coil
-RMS Power 400 watts
-Peak power 800 watts
-Frequency response 25-500 Hz

also i have a stock head unit but i want to run a line out converter so i can get a signal for the amp, any suggestions on which wires to splice into? 2000 ford ranger.

This will work if wired properly.  You are goin to have to bridge channels 1 and 2, and then bridge channels 3 and 4.  Since you have dual 4 ohm voice coils you are goin to have to wire them in series to produce a 8 ohm load on each channel.  As for the LOC usually people tap into the back 2 drivers you can spilce behind the radio, or anywhere you have access to the wires.   (Behind the radio is usually the easiest place to connect a LOC.)

Option 2 (series) = 8 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono
