I just want to know if this will work. I understand that there are betters ways to do this, but this is the equipment I currently have on hand.

I have a Pioneer DEH-2000MP which comes with 1 set of RCA preouts. I want to use this set out preouts for a mono subwoofer amp. I also want to add a 4 channel amp to the system, but not all of the have the RCA passthru. So my question is this; can I add a peripheral SVEN4 to the speaker lines of the radio in order to convert them to RCA? I've included a crude drawing of my puposed plan.

The blue lines represent RCA cables and the green line represent speaker wire. Thanks for any help.

yeah that works, but you should make sure your amp doesn't have line level inputs too. if it does then you dont need your line output converter, just run the speaker wires from the radio to the amp

Triple preout decks are pretty cheap, that would be the best way.  Another choice would be a 3 way crossover, but what you show will work.
