trouble wiring amps

hi i just wanted to know if its a way that i can wire two amps together and get the power of both amps into both subs and what are line outs jacks on my amp used for        please give advice im pulling my hair out  thxs guys

Please list makes/models for your gear.  You simply are wiring two amps, each connectred to one sub?

Some amplifiers are "Strappable" but as mentioned above we have no way of telling if your amps are capable of that. The line out on your amp is either for sending a high pass signal to your high end amplifier, or it is so you can connect multiple sub amps to one RCA cable without using Y adapters. In order to tell you which of the above, we need to know what kind of amp you have.

EXACTLY which amps you have - make and models. It would also be helpful to know your woofers as well, so we can tell you if it'll be a safe situation, should the first situation (amp strapping) be feasible.

a kenwood kac -7295       and a lanzar  vibe-268 has line out plugs and will i need a fuse block to power both

Well, if they are different amplifiers (and they are...) there is NO WAY to strap them. One woofer to each amp, in whatever mode you choose, set the gains so they are the same volume.
That's all you get!

you can ground both amps to the same place if thats what you are asking.
