Yes i know these subs most likely are not the best. But has anyone ever heard a pair? Can they sound decent? I've heard they are made by hand in Germany(which may or may not be a good thing) and im sure they aren't like Fi, Re, kicker, and whoever else you would like to name. But i'm just curious if they are worth more than just a paper weight. NO i do not intend to buy these subs.

i am an idiot

Yes, No and Not true.  Their logo reads Volfenhag:  A German Concept.  They are not made in Germany.  I would not even use them as a paperweight.

Well apparently i got tainted information from the man in the pawn shop i was recently in(strapped for cash in this sh**t economy) Thats where i had first seen the Volfenhag's. Boxes they came in looked legitimate and subs look .....red. He was convinced that his pair of "german made" subwoofers would completely smash my kicker equipment

I think you were making a funny with the roadmaster comment, dkrankin004?  But just for fun, do a google search on the bottom of this page for Volfenhag and see what you come up with.

Edit:  Just saw your post as we both typed simutaneously....the wood crates rock, don't they?

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

The crates look cool i thought, they apparently would make a better paper weight than the sub. I definetly do not have the roadmasters. Walmart isn't my first choice for car audio equipment. Although i think it would be convinient if it was

Volfenhag is exaclty what they are.A cheap means for a person to get a little bass in there ride. Quality sub? hell no. Worth the very cheap price? yeah they are ok  if you are on a very limited budget and just want something dirt cheap. As for smashing any reputable company out there. Maybe if you throw the Volfenhag sub at one. But in terms of sound, LMAO. There is a reason why that guy is selling audio gear in a pawn shop. enough said lol

Dare i ask about volfenhag's line of amplifiers>? I believe they are the BLUE LIGHTNING series amplifiers in contrast to their fiery red subwoofers. Or how about their decks, capacitors, and speakers? JOKING i have heard all i need to know. Now i'm going to round up $50 and plug one of these babies into the wall
