I am replacing the radio in an 1993 Mercedes E-300.  I need to know if anyone knows where the factory amplifier in this car is. I can pop for speakers once i find it.

The factory radio is manufactured by Becker Audio. The type is Grand Prix.  The model is BE-1432.

Thanks for any assistance.

the factory amp is in the rear passenger side compartment. there should be two amps and a tuner box where the antenna for the radio is hooked up. one amp will be for the fronts and one for the rear. the dash speakers are ran directly from the radio.
hope this helps.
in process of changing everything
