he guys i got some pioneer ts-s20 tweeters what is the cut off frequency for these tweeters and how high should tweeter be crossed for that great high pitch detail sound

Those tweeters come with a passive crossover.  Use it.

i know they come with a passive crossover buh how to set the high pass on the crossover how high to cross them it said on the box cut off frequency 7000hz should i cross them higher?

crossed at 7khz? seems kind of high to me. also what crossover are you talking about that need to be set? are you using the passive crossover that came with them, or are you trying to set an active crossover? if you use the passive then there is nothing left to do. if you are trying to set the OVERALL hpf on your head unit then i would suggest about 120hz maybe a little bit less if you are not running a sub

It means that they are crossed over at 7KHz with the passives that come with them. You do not need to "set" anything. Just use the provided crossovers and attach them to an amplifier channel.

according to what i see, the cut off frequency you are referring to is the point at which it isn't safe to give them their rated power. so even though they have a frequency response or 3,500hz - 26,000hz they dont recommend going below 7,000hz. thats why they give you their crossover
