First off what are the subs, dual 2s or 4s? I am also assuming you are running 1 set of KS600 components. Is this correct?

OK good. Yes you could use that amplifer. Bridging 2 channels for the subs at 4 ohms. then use the other 2 channels to run the KS600's. you will need to run each sub in series then parralel the pair to the amp.

https://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/woofer_configurations.asp?Q=2&I=42 use the bottom chart, option 2 as your reference.

I personaly dont have any experience with that amp. But i did check over the specs to make sure you would be ok for using it for your speaker combo.

the thunder elite series are ok amps. nothing really bad about them although i did have one spontaneously combust after an install once, but that was a long time ago.
