I have a Jenson DVD player  deck in my car and I just recently installed some treaters and im getting ALOT of whining through them. Now I've noticed that there is a cooling fan in the back of the deck and I suspect that's where it's coming from....... Problem is that i don't know how to fix that. If anyone knows, please help it is  driving me CRAZY!!

Treaters? Do you mean tweeters? It's alternator whine, and it could be coming from the deck, or possibly your amplifier, if installed. It is NOT coming from that fan.
Describe for us the rest of your system, ALL components, brand names and model numbers.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
