You need to look at the back of your head unit, if you have a pair of rca cable that say sub out you need to run a set of rca cables to your mtx amp.  If you have a front and a back set of rca's they will also have to be run  to your clario amp,  I would use a distribution  block to split up your power wire, good luck

If you're running two amps, why would you not need two sets of RCA's?  Chances are your deck has at least 2 sets of RCA outputs.  Maybe, I haven't googled it.  But like the other person said, use the sub out for the sub amp and the front and rear for the other speakers.  I'm assuming since you bought 4 speakers that you have a 4-channel amp.  If it is a 4-channel, you don't really need to run two pairs of RCA's to it, but it would be required if you want to fade from front to rear.  If you do have a 4-channel amp, plus the sub amp, the best thing to do is run three RCA's to them.  Or just get a crossover or equalizer with as many RCA outs as you plan to drive.  Then you could just run 1 RCA to that and branch off to your amps from there, but would still need all the RCA's.
