What is the make and model of your radio and especially your EQ?

Your Lanzar EQ is probably the cause of your problem.  Would you ever consider installing a Pyramid EQ?

None.  The Lanzar unit is a Pyramid.  Bypass the EQ and see if your problem goes away.

how do you have the eq set? is it most of the way up on most of the dials? if you dont want to take the eq out then just turn it down and see if your problem goes away.

if they are all halfway, meaning in the middle of their total range then you might as well not have it at all. if you are looking for something that will give you a front, rear, and sub set of rca's from one input them you should look at some active crossovers like the kicker KX3 i bought one about 4 years ago and i still have it even though i dont technically need it anymore i just keep it in my system because i like the fully selectable crossover points instead of the pre-set points built into my radio.
