heys guys was jus wondering if i should turn the source level adjuster all the way on on my head unit. Will doing this present my system with distortion? Help

The purpose of the SLA is to adjust the level of the sources so that the tuner will not be louder than the CD/DVD or the Aux in.  If you have one source that is louder or quieter than the others, then you should use the SLA feature to adjust the level of that source.
