need some on a box for my 98 explorer i have 41''w-18''tall-20''deep--i have 2-15''crystal cmpx215 subs and need some help with the box i have never done a ported box would like to do 4'' pvc pipe and tune to 26hz to 30hz any help would be nice---just let me no if you can help me out--if it helps i am runing a orion-2100hcca on ea sub--what  will be the best box for my set up

is the pvc 4" outer or inner diameter. If you use all of the space you have gave us you will have 6.1 ft^3 inside with a 3" square port tuned to 27hz. Nice and easy to make if you want to go with the square port instead of the 4" pvc. If so then I will send you the specs to build the box.
Can't be loud then don't have it.

For those subs I would use two 6" round ports atleast if you can.
The enclosure would be around 7 cu ft NET after port and sub displacement...I can get you balls loud
