i have a jvc kd-g340 and im trying to install into my 1991 honda accord ex the old owners cut out the stock wiring harness so have to hard wire it i got the diagrams but when i have it wired up the cd player turns on then shuts off after about 2 seconds. any helpwould be greatly appreciated.

Radio 12V	WHITE/ yellow	+	radio harness
Radio Ground	black	-	radio harness
Radio Ignition	yellow/red	+	radio harness
Radio Illumination	RED / black	+	radio harness
Factory Amp Turn-on	N/A
Power Antenna	yellow/white	+	radio harness
Left Front Speaker (+/-)	blue/green - gray/black	+,-	radio harness
Right Front Speaker (+/-)	RED / green - BROWN / black	+,-	radio harness
Left Rear Speaker (+/-)	blue / YELLOW - gray/white	+,-	radio harness
Right Rear Speaker (+/-)	RED / yellow - BROWN / white	+,-	radio harness

check over everything

My notes have the LR speakers + - as the other way...Soooo make sure you check...(the first post could be right...!) Do you have a meter...?
