I have a RFC1D cap. I have the charge card. And I'm having trouble with the directions. Can someone please walk me through on how to charge it? Thank you.

put the card between the terminals for 30 seconds with your fuse out of your power line.
Insert fuse.
Done.

what do you mean "put the card between the terminals"? their are 4 wires on the charge card, blue, yellow, red, and black.

The charge current will be very small. Thas small wire will be perfectly adequate for charging the cap...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Look on the bottom of the card. There is an outlined piece of metal for each terminal of the capacitor and it is connected properly to the circuit already. You don't have to use the wires. They are used for general purpose capacitors, or RF caps that don't have top mount terminals that fit.
