Are you needing help mounting 2 units, or do you need wiring help?    Do either of the 2 units have an aux input?

Can the aux input of the pioneer handle the signal output of the eclipse, strength wise?   This is where the term -two roosters in the hen house- originated! Two Radios In One Car? -- posted image.

Parallel the power leads off the decks, and a single 4PDT relay can handle the signal switching... If you are running speaker leads off the deck, then you'll have to add a couple more, but they can all be controlled with a single switch.
Relatively easy, really...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

You can also use the remote outout of one unit to control the relay(s).  So if the one unit is on it will always be active, but if it is off it will default to the other unit.

You should, however, consider buying a new deck that does everything you want - it would be cleaner, and less weight in your Neon.

Im not really worried about the weight and i has the hole at the bottom of the console that is currently holding the factory 6cd changer and the pioneer is in the radios oem position. i just need help wiring them up,i used to work a car stereo place and used to could do all this stuff but its been a while since ive done it. I would like to get a whole new radio but i love my eclipse (& money is kinda tight right now). both radios have an aux input the pioneer is located on the face of the radio but the eclipses' input is in the back. thanks for any help yall can provide

Power both radios.  Connect the speaker wires and RCA outputs of the eclipse deck to the speakers and amplifiers in your car.  Connect the Front RCA jacks of the Pioneer radio to the Aux inputs on the back of the Eclipse deck.
