Okay so I did a an alpine CDA-105 in this vehicle which it came with the factory MP3/amplified system radio in it. I did all the normal integration for the amplified system by running 1000 ohm resistors across the turn on wire/ground. Well the issue is with the steering wheel controls I can only get them to program in the accessory key position, but not the ignition position. It works great and remembers the keys until the key is flipped to the ignition position. I am using the PESWIAKJC Peripheral electronics module. Also this is the Harley Davidson version of the truck.
Here is my wiring of what I did.

What do you think? I also changed the red wire to the accessory wire from the ignition switch, same effect. Do you think the ground wire should be changed to the chassis?
Also I read in other posts about a ground on pin 19. Should I ground that wire?
I am unfamiliar with this module since we do not stock it. There is a blue / YELLOW wire next to the direct plug in. What does that do?

Found it. It was not a power supply/data wire issue. Just something dumb i did to save time, but took more time in the long run.
