if i got a pair of kfc-w3012's; which amp should i get to make them loud: kac-8104d, mrp-m500, mrp-m650, or kac-9104d. which amp you think that will push them to their potential? planning to these subs in a ported box, in a 93 camry.

It is really the box that makes or breaks a sub. Even by doubling the wattage to the subs it is only going to be 3db louder.
I would recommend the 9104d. My personal choice though would be get a different sub. I have seen too many of these crack the cone.
My personal favorite is two type E's with the M500 amp. Not too much, crisp base in a sealed properly fit box.
