memphis vs mb quart?

Hey guys, I am getting ready to buy a new woofer, possibly 2 but I am trying to get some opinions. I have narrowed it down between a set of memphis or MB Quart. I am looking at either 1 of these MB Quart or 2 of these Memphis I am on a slight budget so I know there are better more expensive subs but this is the price range I am in. If any one as a better suggestion I am open to them too. I narrowed it down to these 2 due to the fact I can pick them up at my local shop. Thanks Keith

i would go for the MB quarts

They are the 12" Power Reference

it actually surprised me when i learned that MB Quart is made by maxxsonics because they still sound pretty good and their high end stuff is still high end. their line wasn't destroyed like autotek was when maxxsonics got ahold of them.

 One of my Buddy's had 2 15'' Memphis Pr's in a sealed box w/ 1.5 cubes for each sub with a Lot of pollyfill. He was running a pr 1000 AMP @ 2 OHMS. So, like 600 RMS i think. it ran me out of his car. i didn't think $100 subs in a small sealed box & 600 RMS would do that!!! it was sick!   Before you see the light, you must die!!
