This is the first time I've attempted assembling an audio system myself, and I bought myself 2 2000 watt 12" speakers and a 4000 watt amp.
My amp has a 2x2000 watt output at 4 ohms, and my speakers are dual 4 ohm voice coils. I was wondering if this is the right wiring for my enclosure.

Option 2 (series/parallel) = 4 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono

Edit:  I overooked the link in your post.  Your link is accurate if you do that to both woofers and then run both sets of wires to your amp.  My diagram parallels both woofers and has one set of wires going to the amp.  Do yours twice or the above once.  Either will yield the same result.
Let's Go Brandon Brown. Congratulations on your first Xfinity Series Win. LGBFJB
