I have a friend that has a 05 e55 and he blew the center channel. Its a 2 ohm speaker. I wanted to know if i could replace it with a 4 ohm speaker. I know that in theory the amp should have less of a load on it but i just wanted to make sure that it would be alright to do so.

Yes, you would not harm the amp by doing that.  It will however likely change the balance of the audio system and the results may not be satisfactory.  There are plenty of 2-ohm speakers available... what's the type and dimensions of the OEM speaker maybe I can help you find one.

How about something like this?
Wow... Even you got filtered! :)
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
