The diagram would be readily available at your local dealer, and barring that, it will be easy enough to troubleshoot with nothing more than a voltmeter.
Are you getting voltage at the heater connection? If so, then it is the heater itself gone bad, and is the most likely candidate. Replace it. That's likely a fairly simple circuit, with a switch on the dash controlling a relay...
(I may be way out in left field with this, as well... Never having owned nor having any desire to own ANYTHING built by GM, I am only feeling around for answers here...)

Welcome voltage 12V comes in two thick black and red wires but the inside of the device to heat the water to windshield wipers do not know what is going on no-load resistance as is the heater to be a pattern I do not have to know how the work of The Linux heating heater to check whether it is efficient poprosze a scheme like someone has the item in tahoe H2 and Cadillac Escalade. Regards.
