The diagram would be readily available at your local dealer, and barring that, it will be easy enough to troubleshoot with nothing more than a voltmeter. Are you getting voltage at the heater connection? If so, then it is the heater itself gone bad, and is the most likely candidate. Replace it. That's likely a fairly simple circuit, with a switch on the dash controlling a relay... (I may be way out in left field with this, as well... Never having owned nor having any desire to own ANYTHING built by GM, I am only feeling around for answers here...)It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice.
