I have a 2004 avalanche and the radio has power but no output and yes it is the bose system I would appreciate any help before I take it to the dealer and pay

LoL. Didn't think of that. As mentioned your amp is probably shot and is actually under the center console. You could test to see if you are getting remote power to turn it on down there, or test for A/C current from the speaker outputs/inputs.
