I have a 2001 dodge intrepid. I removed the factory cd/tape player. I installed a Sony cdx-gt09 deck. I used the recommended wiring kit the schoce makes( spelling wrong). I correctly connected each wire to it's corrisponding wire on the wiring harness to the back of the cd player. Everything comes on and will play CDs but no sound comes from any source. The ATT function is not on, the balance fade is all where it's supposed to be. Still no sound
when I disconnected the factory unit it had a small brown wire in it's own harness that pluged into the rear of the factory unit, it is not hooked up to the new cdplayer wiring harness... Any help please

I think your problem is there is a factory amp. LT. Green wire should be the amp trigger from the factory wire harness(source: Wire guide section of this site). If it is hook your blue/white wire from the deck to it. You should get your sound.
