so im kinda new to the whole putting a system in a car thing but i wen tout and bought 2 12" Hifonics OLM2412s which RMS at 2400 watts each, Impedance Dual 2 ohms, and a 3" Multi-layer high-temp dual 2 ohm voice coil, so my question is what would be your advice about an amp? should i go mono, 2 channel, multi channel, or class D?
and would you suggest getting like 1 really big amp or like 2 or 3 smaller ones?

HiFonics should have a answer for that. If you happen to ask them....I'd like to know what they would use to accommodate such a capacity.
This is what I do for FUN!

You can use pretty much any amp you want to use.  What's your budget?
