i have 2 sony svc xs-L104p5b subs rated at 330rms each and a kenwood kac-704, rms ratings (170w x 2 4ohms, 250w x 2 2 ohms, 500w x 1 4ohms) what is the best wiring setup for this combonation? or is even the correct amp for the subs.

1: There is no such thing as "a correct amp for these subs". You can use ANY amplifier on ANY speaker, literally.
2: You will be able to drive those woofers in stereo mode for 170 watts each, OR wire them in series for 8 ohms, and bridge the amplifier, but you will end up with exactly the same power.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
