Option 1 (parallel/parallel) = 1 ohm load
Voice coils wired in parallel, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 1 ohm mono

Would that hurt the speaker if I run it at 1ohm, and also what will play the loudest 1ohm  or 2 ohm, I dont really understand the ohm law I just want to get the loudest sound possible from my subs

Without knowing how much power your amp will produce into a 1 ohm load, I can not answer that question.   Once again without knowing more about your amp, I can not answer the second question either.   Your choices with those 2 woofers would be iether 4 ohms or 1 ohm.

It won't "hurt" the speaker once you adjust the gains properly, the amp would play both speakers at the one ohm load, the rms on those speakers are a thousand watts each, so there would be speaker headroom there and the power divided at about 750 per speaker!
