is this a good company ? I know they make re audio subs and amps , what about there amps? Im thinking about buying one,dont have the model # yet but its a 4 channelx75 wattsrms@4ohms and 180x2@4ohms

Used to be better, but still a better amp today than most.

i agree ......the new US amps arent all that great   BUT the old school ones are realllly good    i have had 2  US amps   100hc's  and they were both good(still have one in truck)    and i have never ever had a problem with them(knock on wood)   find an older one if you can   you wont regret it at alll.........but if you go with one of the BIG us amps.....upgrade your wiring  lol
If it has tits or tires it will give ya problems.....
