You connected the blue wire of the pioneer deck to the factory amp turn on wire.  Disconnect that wire and connect the blue/white wire of the pioneer deck in place of the blue wire.

yah i know i did that the amp turns on, the thing is when u have the factory stereo plugged in when its on radio all speakers work when you put a cd in it only plays on the passenger side.   When i plug the pioneer in and turn it on radio all speakers work and when you put a cd in no speakers work, its not in the wires i did its gotta be something with the car itself

There is a problem with your factory deck.  And you have the wrong wire turning your factory amp on. There is no other possible explanation.

The Blue/White wire of the radio, what color wire of the car or harness did you connect it to?

What color wire is the radio's blue wire connected to?

Did you relocate the factory unit to the trunk? I prefer not to use interface harnesses because some other stuff doesn't work without the factory radio. One example is the Cadillac Devilles. If you don't have the factory radio connected in the trunk, the key-less system stops working, power on the car goes to sleep after 6 hours etc.. Some of the stuff that the interfaces don't catch on.
Once you do that, I would assume your data line is corrupted because that is what turns the amps on/off and when in CD it should still send a signal. My suggestion: bypass the factory amp so you don't have to worry about data.
