I have two pioneer premier 3000watt peak 1000 rms, They can be wired to 1 ohm. I need a amp that will push these subs to the max, I am looking for loud bass, I came across these two amps sound stream trx2000d @ 1ohm put out 2000rms and mtx TE1501D @ 1ohm puts out 1500 rms. Any suggestions on which amp I should get or do you know any other better amps that could push these subs to the max.

Thanks

I want you to post the model number of the speakers. Or at least say if they are singe or dual voice coils, 2 or 4 Ohms.
It would help.
Unless you mean that you already figured that part out and you need an amp that can give you at least 2000RMS at 1 Ohm?
Unless you meant that EACH speaker can be wired to 1 Ohm.
Anyways, i'd say that you should look for and amp that can get you some MORE overhead power. I'd say 2500 RMS.
Also what upgrade have you done to the vehicle? do you realize how much electricity it takes to generate 2000RMS at the speakers? Cus, STOCK parts will simply NOT do!!

What icearrow6 is saying: Asking that question leads us to believe that there may be issues that need to be addressed. Anyone understanding the provisions to installing a device like that, would not need ask that question. Any way you look at it, if you got it handled, please share details. If your not absolutely sure that your squared away, then we can help. Soundstream...btw. Tarantula Series are pretty solid.

Cool, we were just checking you out to see if you had all the stars aligned... For Soundstream, I used the TRX amps in a boat running them at the lowest impedance recommended. These things ran all day in the intense heat for individuals who summoned me to provide them with the loudest system possible under a certain budget. Meaning: they ran the cr@p out of them. They never had a complaint. Good luck with the decision and keep us updated..
