Cadence is great raw power ! The best sounding dollar for dollar system I ever had was two Cadence !0's witfh a 300 x 2 Cadence amp. Now that was back in the day , but from what I hear they still underate thier amps.  I know thier 300 w RMS will slam a 12" w3 by JL and they don't cost but $150 maybe. As far as longevity I can't say.....my doodie was jacked after a few months.

If I recall correctly, that amp is limited to drawing 120amps. I also believe it has 4ga terminal connections for power... Will it beat up some subs? For sure, it does deliver. Your 1ohm power rating comes from a IHF 2002 standard which I know not much about...I think it has to do with strapping amps in pairs though. Even though the stability goes lower, I think the 4ohm rating is true, but thats it.
This is what I do for FUN!
