Good day everyone !! my name is dimas and I own a '95 volvo 850 glt with the original radio ( SC-811, it has the option to connect a cd changer at the back ) and I need to know if it's possible to connect the ipod to my car radio thru that cd input with just a cable ( mini-din 8 pin to ipod ) instead of buying an adapter ( USA-SPEC1 ) that cost over $ 100?

Thanks for your help.

Nope.  You'll need the proper adapter, either a direct iPod controller or an aux input adapter.
