If you are using a really small enclosure like less than 1cf a sub look at the Pioneer(premier)shallow mounts, Pioneer has dropped this line but you can still get them, they sound great and provide higher rms levels.

What do YOU think is the better one? They both suck.

Maybe your question is worthless... Maybe it's just YOU... You are asking for an OBJECTIVE answer for a completely SUBJECTIVE matter. You will not get any black and white answer, ever. No matter where you go, (and please do... GO! and be sure to take your attitude with you...) you are going to get different answers. It's like asking which pile of dog turd will taste better. They're both crap gear, and if you are going to buy a driver based on it's RMS power handling (3000W... shyah, right...) or how much power you have (3200W HiFonics... BWAHAHAHAHA!! 3200 watts? Yeah, if LIGHTNING hits it! HiFonics=FAIL! You probably would buy a Harley, too.) you OBVIOULSY have no concept of how a speaker SYSTEM works.
If you want MY opinion, they BOTH suck azz, and you'd have to pay me to take either of those POS products off your hands! Additionally, are you planning on installing them in a proper enclosure, or are you just gonna build a box that'll fit in your car, drop whichever driver you are stupid enough to buy into it, and hope for the best...? If this is the case, you aren't necessarily going to get ANY kind of response, except a shiite response.
There... I said it. You're an idiot with no patience, and no "listening capabilities". Both of the responses to your question (before mine) answered your question adequately, with the information you provided. Obviously you are a basshead with zero regard toward sound quality, so either of them will do what you want - get really loud, and sound like a wet fart while doing so. There's your answer.
BTW, good luck with that attitude.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
