Just bought a new head unit ( Alpine CDA-9885 ). It has front, rear and sub outputs, but I only need one set to run to my EQ which supplies my two amps. Which set do I use and what are the advantages/disadvantages of using one of the other two ? Thanks !

Use the front or the rear.  Make sure the deck's internal crossover is set to the off position.  (If the deck has internal crossover)
