I have a 98 Dodge Dakota sport. It was stolen by someone shoving a screwdriver into the ignition. Since that time my radio and my overhead light will not work. I want to get my radio working again and not too thrilled about running new wires. I am not finding a inline fuse or anything and I am not getting any power to the radio. Can anyone tell me wether there is inline fuses and where they might be? I have looked and looked to no avail.

There is a blown fuse somewhere.  The radio's constant power wire and the Domelight share a fuse.  Have you located either fusebox?  There are probably 2 in that vehicle.

2? I have only found one and all the fuses in it are good. Other than the large one under the hood.

Where would the other be???

It's the IOD fuse. Trust me, I just fixed the exact problem on my '98 not ten minutes ago. The fuse is located in the fuse box inside the driver's side door. It will be the fuse on the bottom and toward the front of the panel with a black cover over it. Just pull the fuse holder straight out and snap the hinged cover forward to expose the fuse. Just a standard 10 amp automotive fuse and you're back in business! Of course, you may still need to find out what the problem is with your new mirror installation that caused the fuse to blow in the first place.... 

 

Above was copied from a Dodge forum.  I do not think the fusebox will be located inside the door.  It may however be mounted on the end of the dash board up against the drivers door when the door is closed.  Open the drivers door and look for a removeable panel on the end of the dash.  Or maybe under the dash above your left leg.  It will have a black cover.

fuse 12, 10 amp,  junction block, under left side of dash.  This circuit is tied to mirrors, courtesy lights, radio, etc...

this was the exact problem. Funny how I overlooked that fuse before. I guess the black cover threw me off. Or it could be old age. Either way... Thank you.
