i bought this receiver used and it camewith ipod cable

it works fine with am/fm but i will insert a cd and the screen will show the title of song but no sound what so ever?

also i will plug in ipod and same problem title shows on screen but no sound PLEASE HELP!

i also have a CDA-105 that just says DC ERROR and wont give any sound either?

it is in a 1990 honda civic hatchback if it makes any difference

There is a blue wire and a blue/white wire on the back of the alpine unit. Use the blue/white wire instead of the blue.
