pioneer deh p5200 in a 2001 dakota

Truck is a 2001 Dakota Quad Cab.  I have fitted the front doors with some Pioneer 6x9s.  The rears are still stock but they are getting installed later today, some 6" rounds.  I know Chrysler stuff is all 2ohm vs everything else 4, so I am wondering if I need to bypass the stock amp?  Is that something I can do at the amp itself?

I have run into a few hiccups installing tis deck, hope someone can help out.  I have a few wires on the vehicle harness and a few on the deck harness that I am not sure what to do with.  Some on the the deck harness I was unable to identify, so I will list colors and maybe someone knows?

I couldnt get it to power up til a few mins ago when I connected all 4 power wires (two from deck and two from vehicle).  I thought one set was normal power and the other was memory, is that not right?

At the moment, all I am getting is subs, no door speakers are working.

No one?  All speakers are functioning, including subs, still have a few questions I need help with.  Rear of the deck has two RCA, labelled "front"  I have my RCA cables running to my amp thats running the two subs off those, is that right?  The subs don't sound nearly as good as they used to, is why I ask.  Previously the RCA cables to the amp were tapped off speaker wires to an adaptor.

I have no memory.  The two power wires off the deck and the two power wires from the vehicle are all connected together, it was the only way I could get the deck to power up.  But it is not retaining memory or settings.

If your truck has a stock infinity system you should really bypass the factory amp all together. The yellow wire from the pioneer needs to see a constant 12v source for the radio to hold memory. The red wire needs a switched 12v source for the radio to turn on and off with the key. There will be another set of rca on the back of the radio labeled rear or sub. They might not be sticking straight off the back they will probably be longer and mixed in with the another wire harness. If it really does not have a rear/sub output then you can still use the front set you will just have to make sure that the HPF is set to off in the audio settings menu.
