will a navigation system out of a 2011 Expedition work in a 2007 f150? I plugged it in and it blew the fuse for my dash lights.

is the 2011 radio a Microsoft sync radio? If yes, I do not think they are compatable. The new ford stuff has a lot of data interfaces to the rest of the truck.
