Hi there

i'm a new member & probably have the simplest question to ask

I have a infinity kappa component system (680.9cs) with the passive crossover, how do I hook this up to my head unit?

I have a tweeter & 5x7 that came with the system.  do I need to have 6 speakers for the system (larger woofers in the back)?

I was going to put the front wires from the head unit to the crossover, and out of that come the tweeters & the 5x7's right?  what happens to the rear wires from the head unit, are they not used?

this is going into a street rod (albeit you prob. won't hear the system over this old rumbling car), I was looking for a simple system with no amp installation planned.

Thanks for any help

i am an idiot

If you do not have rear speakers, just insulate the rear wires so they do not touch anything.
You are correct on the radio to crossover to speakers wiring.
