i have 2 typeR 12's & 2 500watt alpine mono amps. one amp works fine but the other one powers up but no sound comes from it. i checked the fuses, rca cables, & connections. i switched the amps to see if it was the sub but it worked on the other amp so there's gotta be something wrong with it. can someone help me out please?!

Have you removed the bottom cover and looked for any visible damage?

Could it be that you have the rca's in an output or pass thru instead of an input. Have you tried testing te be sure you have adequate voltage going to both amps. Could you have a bad ground. Did you try switching all the wires from the amp that works to the one that dosent. Are they the exact same amps.

If an amp was working and then it stops, and all the fuses are good, the amp is getting proper power, and the load has not changed, then it has fried.  Is there a protection light on?
