2011 camaro, stereo issues

Installed a system in a 2011 Camaro w/ factory Boston Acoustics sound system [no navigation]. I kept the factory head-unit and bypassed the factory amp [other than the center channel]. I installed Boston SCs [6x9 coaxial in the rear, 6.5" components front], JBL GT5-A604 high amp, GT5-7001 sub amp & 2 Kicker CVT10s. I pulled signal at the factory amp, post amp for the front speakers using an SNI-15 & too keep the rear full range (the amp splits signals into low & high) I soldered in RCA leads pre amp. I have 3 issues:

1.Loud pop coming from the speakers when the car is turned off [I tapped my remote wire directly into the the factory amp turn on wire] I believe I can fix this by relay isolating the remote wire or using a TR-7?

2.Static and engine noise coming through speakers... Ground loop isolator or RCA noise filter?

3.The door chimes and turn signal chimes come through the speakers... and they are really freakin loud. There is an adjustment for them on the head-unit, but its either normal or high, and it doesn't matter what the volume is set at on the head unit. The only remedy I can think of is to turn down the gains on the four channel, but I'd prefer not to sacrifice performace if there is another solution.

UPDATE: I solved the sub popping problem. The factory amp turn-on wire has a five second delay after the RAP circuit turns off. To remedy this & still retain RAP for the amps, I powered the remote wire with a relay activated off the cigarette lighter. Static & engine noise were both eliminated with the use of a PAC SNI-1 (RCA noise filter) I have not come up with a solution for the excessively loud door chimes/turn signals. These alerts are sent to the radio via the BCM and then sent, along with the rest of the audio signals, to the factory amp, turning down the gains on the 4 channel amp helped a little, but the chimes are still obtrusively loud. Thinking of taking the car by a dealership to see if the can reduce chime volume via GM diagnostic scan tool, probably gonna take it by my buddy's shop first and see if we can do it with the Snapon Modis so I don't have to pay any exorbitant fees :/ WIll let ya'll know if I find a solution to this - &E
