Assuming you want voice recognition so it will only start with your voice, you'll need a carputer that's always active running voice recognition biometric software.  Then it'd be a simple matter to have it trigger a switch to start the vehicle.  I'm sure a little Google-fu will find you some software options...

pay a small kid $5 to hide under the dash with a walkie talkie and tell him to start the truck when you say the magic word.
but seriously, i did some research a while back about biometric alarms. i found one that was about $1000 that used a fingerprint reader. anything is possible with a car PC, the best website ive found is mp3car.com, they sell stand alone car PC's and parts for custom PC's and software that ranges from automation controllers to vehicle interfaces that give you all of the cars stats through the OBD plug. this stuff isnt very user friendly though and you need a decent knowledge of computers to get this stuff to work together the way you want it to.

But make sure that finger and iris recognition also include pulse & temp - that should help you losing body parts.
And make sure nobody records your voice or that you suffer voice changes. (IE - don't make it your prime security.)
But in all cases, I recommend a backdoor or fallback.
